BADGE/LANYARD SPONSOR One of the most visible sponsorships which provides thousands of walking billboards is the badge holder/lanyard sponsorship that each a� endee and exhibitor is given upon check-in.

OPENING NIGHT RECEPTIONYour company will be everyone’s favorite when you present as the Opening Night Reception Sponsor. The best a� ended networking event at the show, this a� er-hours party is always a hit. Coff ee Fest will pick the venue and do all the work, you just show up and WOW your customers and prospects. This event is open to one title sponsor or three co-sponsors.Location varies by city and what is available in close proximity to the Convention Center.

• Company logo will appear on all sponsor event signage at Coff ee Fest.

CLASSROOM PEN SPONSORClassrooms off ering valuable and relevant education are in high gear each morning of Coff ee Fest. As the pen sponsor, you will provide a� endees of these classes with pens to take notes with. You source, brand and provide the pens (2,000) for each show. Each time it is used or looked at it provides another impression for your company at the show and beyond.

CLASSROOM NOTE PAD SPONSOREducation is a big part of the Coff ee Fest experience. As the note pad sponsor, you will provide your branded note pad to a� endees of our classes to take notes on. You source, brand and provide the pads (2,000) for each show. Every time it is used, it provides yet another valuable impression for your company.

CLASSROOM MC SPONSORCoff ee Fest is known for its free seminar schedule. Four classrooms host free seminars every day of the show. As the Classroom MC Sponsor, you will introduce the speakers for each session in one room, make pre-scripted show announcements, and remind a� endees to complete a seminar survey. As the MC, you will have an opportunity to deliver a two-sentence message about your company. In addition, your company logo will be displayed on the classroom podium throughout Coff ee Fest and on the schedule meterboard posted outside the classroom sponsored.

CAMPFIRE CAFE SPONSORCampfi re Cafe is an education venue on the show fl oor where 30 minute presentations on the most relevant topics in specialty coff ee are shared. The Campfi re Cafe sponsor enjoys visibility with logos on venue signage and pre-show marketing materials including the Offi cial Show Guide.

POP-UP CAFE SPONSORLooking for a sampling opportunity at Coff ee Fest in addition to the show fl oor? Pop-Up Cafe Sponsors will have the ability to showcase their product - be it coff ee, food or smoothies - near registration or classrooms (available locations vary, depending on facility). You provide sampling sized cups and brewed coff ee ready-to-go or if sampling food, sample sized plates or napkins & your food. We will supply a table and signage & promote your company in selected pre-show marketing and in the Offi cial Show Guide. This opportunity can be all three days or a single day commitment.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN PIT STOP &BEER STATION SPONSORMake an impression with exhibitors before the show even begins by sponsoring the Exhibitor Move-In Pit Stop and Beer Station, held the a� ernoon before the show opens from noon until 6:00pm. SELFIE STAND PHOTOBOOTH SPONSORThe Selfi e Stand Photo Booth is located near the Product Showcase area. This free standing unit is partially or fully wrapped with a custom graphic representing your brand. Each photo taken at the selfi e station is branded with a custom photo frame that you also get to design. From the stand, a� endees and exhibitors, can immediately share to all of their social media platforms. As the sponsor you would receive full analytics on all shared photos, hashtag usage, and all captured leads.
