The Knights of Columbus Holy Eucharist Council #11330 will be

hosting their annual Malanka on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012 at the

Parish Centre. Cocktails, dinner and dance with music by the

Canadian Rhythm Masters. Tickets are $35 and are available by

THANK YOU HOLY EUCHHARIST PARISH! I sincerely thank all our

parishioners that made this Christmas season a truly beautiful and

awesome experience once again at Holy Eucharist Parish! This

includes all the volunteers that cleaned and decorated the church,

those that contributed and attended the unique Christmas Eve

supper in the Auditorium, those that practiced and sang so beauti-

fully at the many liturgical services, those that organized and di-

rected the youth and children and Girls of Mary and Altar Servers!

Also… God bless you all for coming out and bringing your family

and friends with you! We honoured our Lord in a truly appropriate

way! I also want to thank you for the warm greetings (directly and

in the form of cards and emails) and for your great generosity and

kindness in gifts! You are in my heart and my prayer! – Fr. Michael

NOTICE! For the month of January, starting January 9th until the

22nd Fr. Michael will be away. During this time, Fr. Edward will be

substituting and responsible for all pastoral matters. He will be on-

site at the church and office occasionally. If any urgent matter

should arise, please contact Fr. Edward via his cell phone at

204.250.5210. There will also be no vespers for the month of

January during Fr. Michael’s absence.

Immaculate Heart of Mary School will be hosting

their Annual Tea on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at

650 Flora Ave. between the hours of 1:30 PM and

4:00 PM. The tea will be officially opened by Mr.

Mike Pagtakhan, City of Winnipeg Councillor. The

Tea theme is ‘Immaculate Heart of Mary School: Everyone Grows’

An invitation is extended to all to come and visit the school. While

attending the Tea, enjoy the Bake Room and raffles.
