When you lose your weight and change your fate , you’ll find a date and the haters gonna hate. HAHA.
WEIGHT LOSS TIPS
Before we begin , I want to start by sayingEach one of you is beautiful whatever shape you are in.
Weight loss is just a process to stay fit and healthy in life. Makes u much more confident adding to your inner beauty.And ofc, drowning in compliments and flooded with dates ;)
Lets begin with our tips , so we fit into that LITTLE BLACK DRESS -
1. Increase water intake (4-5 litres a day ) ,
also gives u great skin.
2. Having hot water with lemon and honey ( have it in empty stomach every morning )
3. Increase protein and fibre intake.( cook the way you like it , there is no need to have extremely bore food , a little cheat is always cool ;) )
4. Have a glass of green tea every night.
5.Avoid junk food or at least TRY to reduce the amount of junk oily food consumed . ( I know its fries before guys , but if u want the guys , let go the fries for a while )
6.Regular basic exercises ( jogging , walking , skipping , swimming etc. )or basic zumba on your favourite music. { if u don’t like working out play lots of outdoor games – dance a lot – you’ll have fun and burn those fats too }
7. NEVER EVER skip your meals.
8.Consume fruits with high water content and less calories ( preferably empty stomach )
9.Prefer sprouts to snacks
10. No more than three meals a day
11.Prefer salads to aerated drinks
12. TRY avoiding the white weight adders – sugar ,rice
13. Prefer honey to sugar 14 Helpful add ons’ – lemon , cinnamon , warm
water
15. Do yoga at least for an hour in a day.
16.No crispy creamy or chees stuff or at least try reducing the amount consumed.
17.Walk with your puuuupppyyyyyy or your pet. Keeps him/her happy and you loose some weight too ;)
18.Lift weights ( slow and steady and not putting a lot of pressure all at once )
19. Have a glass of water before your meals ( A trick my grandma told me and it does work ) so begin your meals after you first have a glass of water.
20. Chew your food properly , helps in better and faster digestion .

Yeah , that’s right . Natural popcorn ( the kind not loaded with butter , well a little butter is fine :P ) is a great source of fibre . Having this as a snack will fill you up without splurging on calories.
