Set up of IT equipment, preload powerpoints sound etc for smooth running of the event
• Hospitality support Set up of food, tea coffee etc, replenish supplies
and keep an eye on out.• MC• Keynote speaker – Martina Schwartz, Felise Goldfinch,
James Cameron (2 nominations), Jane Ryder (2 nominations) • Guests/VIP’s – • Mentors -

Structure of the event
•Structure 1 – turn by turn group presentations
Seated format whereby each group takes it in turns to present their white paper findings
Break periods in between A more listen and learn approach

Structure of the event

Desks set up around the peripheral of the room
Each group has its own space 2/3 key groups present to everyone; the
remainder of the time guests walk around and speak/look at the different groups in a panel type discussion separately.
Groups talking head posters can be behind each desk
Better suited to Education Central
