followed closely by:– Cancer– Strokes– Diabetes

By:
• Learning about and educating yourself on major health
issues
• Talking to your doctor
• Getting regular physicals and check ups
• Eating healthy
• Exercising regularly
• Find ways to relieve stress

hereditary…how am I supposed
to prevent it?
