STATE TIMES NEWS KATHUA: District Development Commissioner, Kathua Rahul Yadav on Tuesday chaired a meeting to review the status of projects funded under Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) of NABARD in the district. The meeting was informed that a total of 59 projects in dif- ferent sectors are being execut- ed under District and State Plan for infrastructure develop- ment in uncovered areas. The projects taken up include Roads, Bridges besides assets of Health, Flood Control, PHE, Irrigation, Sheep Husbandry, Animal Husbandry; Ayush etc are being funded under RIDF of NABARD. The DDC while reviewing the physical and financial progress of the taken up works laid thrust on timely completion of those projects approaching the cut deadline. Besides, thread- bare discussions were also held on various issues related to fund flow, timely submission of Project Completion Certificates and Utilization Certificates, besides bottlenecks hampering the. The DDC impressed upon the implementing agencies to speed up execution in view of the improved Covid situation. 1. The original instruments in respect of cost of documents, and relevant documents of L1 bidder will be required to be submitted to theExecutive Engineer REW,Doda within three days of opening of financial bids on line. No separate intimation about opening documents arenot submitted by the L-1 bidder within three days after opening of financial bid, the tender will becancelled and the bidder will not be allowed-to participate in any further/future tendering process in the Divisionfor a period of oneyear.

2. Bidders can resubmit/withdraw the bids as specified.3. The bids for the work shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening of Technical bids.4. The earnest money shall be forfeited, If:-
