The Cellar Hall Venue is a beautifully appointed,

ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CELLAR HALL All weddings (Option A) held at Lanzerac are required to book all the rooms in Block 1 and

in the Courtyard of the Estate. A detailed accommodation quotation is available on request.

ACCOMMODATION FOR BEDOUIN OR MARQUEE WEDDINGS AT THE MANOR

HOUSE LAWNSAll tent / marquee weddings (Option B or C) held at Lanzerac are required to book all 53

rooms on the Estate. A detailed accommodation quotation is available in request.

LANZERAC VALUE ADDED EXTRAS FOR THE BRIDAL COUPLE

Here at Lanzerac we understand how special the wedding day is to the Bridal couple and

would like to contribute towards making the day memorable. Should the Bridal couple host their wedding ceremony and reception at the

Lanzerac for 50 guests or more, the couple qualifies for the following value added extras:

A complimentary menu tasting for the Bridal couple (2x starters, 2x mains and 2 desserts) *Please note that all tastings to be done on

out of season dates. Tastings to be conducted between Monday - Friday subject to availability.

A complimentary day use room for the Bride to get ready in on the day of the wedding.

Complimentary accommodation for the Bride & Groom for the night of the wedding,

including breakfast.

Best available room type offered on check in.

Booking terms & conditions

The Lanzerac Terms and Conditions have to be agreed upon and signed by the booking party

in order to confirm the booking.

OPTION AThe Bridal couple are responsible for payment

of the full accommodation account:A 25% deposit on the accommodation is

required by the Bridal couple to secure the rooms, with the balance of the payment

60 days prior to the wedding date.

OPTION B & CWedding guests are responsible for their

own accommodation payments: A 25% deposit is required by the Bridal couple to secure a block booking. Wedding guests can then

make direct bookings off the block booking. At 60 days prior to the wedding date, the deposit will be used to cover any rooms not picked up by

direct guest bookings, and the balance will then be refunded to the Bridal couple.
