Thank you for your interest in holding your ceremony and / or reception aboard Seafood Cruise Mooloolaba. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service, and have every attention to detail.
We offer a complete full comprehensive wedding service, with an in-house wedding co-ordinator to take the pressure of you, so you can enjoy the more important things on your wedding day. Our in-house wedding co-ordinator can organise everything for you, from Celebrant, Cake and Flowers through to Table Arrangement, Seating Charts and the Decoration of the vessel.
Our venue offers the most unique views on the Sunshine Coast with the Sunset and waterways as your backdrop for the beginning of your new life together. Combined with our state of the art - custom designed dining area, Seafood Cruise will be sure to impress not only you - but your guests too.
Our wedding staff are highly trained to ensure every aspect of the day and evening go as pre-planned. You are guaranteed the highest level of service and that one on one personal touch to every part of your special day.

Wed!ng Formalities - 2012
Exclusive Boat Hire Charges - Exclusive hire of the ‘River Soiree’ for your wedding is as follows: $300 per hour plus your selected menu option. Exclusive Hire includes Bar and Wait Staff, Captain and Chef. No Hidden Fees, chargers or minimum spend. The decoration of the vessel is a separate service and incurs an extra cost.
Number of Guests - The ‘River Soiree’ can accommodate 48 people in a stand up - cocktail style function or 36 for a sit down full course buffet meal. Numbers are to be advised one (1) week prior to your event. If numbers are not confirmed then we cater for 48 and this is what you will be charged.
Deposits and Final Payment- Your booking is not considered confirmed until we receive a deposit. The minimum deposit to secure your wedding is $1000. This deposit will confirm both the boat and date are secured as yours. Full payment of all invoices must be paid and finilised at least One (1) week prior to your wedding. Payment details will be available on your invoice and bar tabs can be settled on the day by Eftpos, Cash or Credit (Visa & MasterCard only)
Cancellation Policy - Your Deposit is Non - Refundable. Please ensure your date and approximate numbers upon booking, if you need to change the date, we will try to accommodate your needs, however this is subject to availability and may be able to transfer your deposit to another date. There is strictly no refunds unless due reason is given - simply changing your mind or lack of numbers is not due reason. Please read our cancellation policy on our website.
Custom Wedding Cakes - Our Custom Cake Designer is able to help you create the perfect cake for your dream day - at very affordable prices. She can make magical cake toppers, from Bride and Groom figurines to a horse drawn carriage that lights up - Prices are on Application. If your wedding cake is not ordered through us - a service charge applies.

Entertainment- The ‘River Soiree’ is governed by liquor licence noise restrictions. The only live music we allow are acoustic acts - or our live band ‘tis. We have a state of the art sound system on board that is iPod and Flash Drive Compatible. We have a small flat screen available for your video montage or a large LCD for hire.
Alcohol Service - The ‘River Soiree’ is fully licenced and has two fully stocked bars on board. Under liquor licence regulations, our staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without photo ID, under the age of 18 or unruly intoxicated. Any person may be removed from the vessel if deemed a nuisance. If a group as a whole is deemed unruly then your cruise may be ended early and no refunds given. There is strictly no BYO or take away from our vessel.
Weather Conditions - We operate in any weather conditions, as we do not go out too sea. Weather conditions do not effect our vessel, as it is a 57 foot twin hull catamaran. Management do reserve the right to cancel any cruise if wind speeds are in excess of 40 knots. Refunds will be given. During wet weather - weddings using the top deck for ceremony will be brought downstairs as a wet weather alternative.
Children - Children are welcome on all cruises. Children under 12 are half price and under 5 free. Please ensure your children are fully supervised at all times.
Catering Requirements - Any guests with special dietary requirements based on medical or ethnical reasons will be catered for - is it covered within the menu price but must be pre - ordered to ensure it will be available. Halal or Kosher will incur an extra charge.

Individually boxed gift pack for each child with a selection of colouring pencils, drawing paper, colouring in pages and toys. These packs are personally designed to match your wedding theme. These are placed at their seat near their parents.
Chil*en’s Activity Bucket - $50 each
A bucket of fun for a table of (Six) children to keep them amused. The children are seated at their own table that is covered with paper they can drawn on as they share pencils, colouring books and toys. These buckets are personally designed to match your wedding theme. Most suited to children who need less supervision.
Wed!ng D(posable Cameras - $14.95 each
We can supply beautiful disposable wedding camera which are a great idea for your guests to feel part of the action and great for you as you get some great candid photos from loved ones through out the whole cruise. This idea is ideal as it cuts the cost of professional photography. Cameras are individually placed on each table, or two or three to a table, the choice is yours.

Wed!ng Bubbles - $1 each or $19.95 box of 24
These cute little wedding bubbles make a great alternative to confetti which we cannot allow due to being on the water. Choose between champagne flutes, wedding cakes or champagne bottles. These also make for great pictures with bubbles in the air while exchanging rings or cutting the cake.
Wed!ng Co-or!nating Services
All our packages come with the service of our on board wedding co-ordinator who can help you arrange everything from your celebrant to your dress. Some of the decoration we recommend but are not limited too: Chair Covers & Sashes, Center pieces, Red or white carpet, Wishing well, Chiffon, Fairy Lights and Rose Garlands. To discuss the many options and prices, we recommend speaking to Brooke and James - our professional wedding decorators and co-ordinators. Their services include two complimentary personal consultations, one upon booking and one the weeks prior to your wedding. Any further consultations will incur a fee. Thanks again for letting us use your fantastic boat for our wedding on the 28th of Feb. Every guest told us that the seafood was beautiful and they could have sat there all night eating.
All of your staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We even had a couple of guests say they thought the staff must have been invisible as everything was organised and done with no fuss at all in such a small area.
The boat looked perfect as we knew it would be just from looking at other pictures and talking to Tanya over the phone. Nothing was a problem and everything was hassle free.
