Nestled in the idyllic Welsh Countryside, our unique venue has been lovingly developed by a father and son team over the recent years. Our purpose built marquee site boasts a pathway down to a magical marquee of your choice and decking over the water’s edge. Marquees at our farm off er an imagina� ve space and endless opportuni� es and we aim to delight and inspire, and want your event to be memorable and everything you have ever hoped for.

Exclusively yours for the weekend, this special venue off ers both beauty and func� onality. Designed specifi cally to cater for the needs of your roman� c wedding or special party this Marquee venue off ers imagina� ve spaces and endless opportuni� es. We have all our stock in house and can recommend caterers, photographers and even fl orists! You can even have a blessing at our venue, with your guests seated on hay bales.

For those of you with an adventurous spirit why not look at extending the party and staying overnight with your guests in a tent, campervan or one of our Fes� huts. Alterna� vely there is a converted barn to house 9 guests, we really can off er the promise of something magical. Whatever the occasion, our experienced team will be on hand at every step of the way to ensure your day runs smoothly and is full of memories that will last a life � me.

There are unlimited op� ons ranging from vintage country fete theme to ‘Fes� val’ style and classic and � meless - we will be on hand to off er advice at every stage. We have all our stock in house so you can hire directly from the venue meaning no delivery charges and more � me to plan how you want the marquee to look.

Our years of experience can ensure that we will create a stunning venue and provide all the equipment you need from our extensive in house stock.

We think the ivory fl at linings looked stunning (especially in the rounded end) along with providing the perfect simple background for the pealigh� ng and metallic star lanterns. They looked especially magical when the party kicked in that evening.

sarah and nick, Our venue provided the perfect backdrop for the couple’s “wedding weekender”. There was tradi� onal and quirky touches to personalise the day including home-made fairground games and signs and hand painted wellington boots for table centre pieces. The food was a variety of relaxed sharing pla� ers and even included a fi sh and chip van for the evening guests. The party carried on to the next day when “Van Chaud” fes� val catering arrived to serve breakfast.

Kerry and pete,Kerry and Pete enjoyed wall-to-wall sunshine. The venue hosted the open air wedding blessing which saw the guests seated on hay bales. The decora� on included home grown fl oral decora� ons (courtesy of Barry- the bride’s father) and sunfl ower arrangments in large gerkin jars. The bride arrived in a vintage Morris Minor car and wore a gorgeous and unique wedding gown cra� ed from her grandmother’s an� que table linen- amazing! There was lots of outdoor games and many of the guests enjoyed a stay in our Fes� huts.

AMY AND JAMES,Style: Quirky, Colourful and Fun. They had a tradi� onal Church Wedding in Kinnerton (next village along) and then came back to enjoy a fabulous recep� on with all their family and friends. Arriving on the Chester Heritage Bus they started the party in style. They enjoyed full use of the venue with guests even playing rounders and giant Jenga!

Our stylish wooden Fes� huts will keep you warm and cosy! Fully waterproof, insulated, lockable, large windows and spacious. Our Fes� huts can withstand any weather condi� ons whilst crea� ng a comfortable and cosy internal environment that everyone can enjoy Sleeping up to 2 guests, you will have your own power point and light. Bring your own bedding, or we can provide linen for you at an addi� onal charge.

No Hidden Extras Policy

Clawdd Off a Farm is run by a small, dedicated team who are commi# ed to realising your dreams. We are proud of our ‘no hidden extras’ policy which ensures that you know exactly what your day will cost right at the start, with no unpleasant surprises once you’ve booked.

Exclusive-Use Venue

The Venue hire price you will receive is the total price you pay for exclusive use of the en! re venue. This includes hire of the Marquee and surrounding area for the weekend, use of our luxury barn and hot tub for up to a week.

Please note: Camping on site is charged addi! onally at a min. of 2 nights stay.

Fixed Venue Hire Pricing

Our prices are fi xed at the point of booking. You pay today’s price even if your booking is for a date two years in the future.

the nitty gritty: our terms and conditions

Site Rules: The site is yours from Friday a! ernoon through to Sunday a! ernoon. You can decorate it however you like – we just need the tent to be cleared by Sunday a! ernoon. If you are hiring equipment then collec" on on the Monday morning can be arranged.

Live music needs to be turned off by 11:30pm. All other sound systems need to be turned off at midnight so we don’t wake the neighbours!

Deposits: To secure your booking we will need a 25% deposit and a signed hire contract. If the booking is made less than 2 months in advance then we will need a 50% deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to your event.

Cancella! ons: In the event that you should need to cancel, the deposit which you have paid shall be forfeit. In addi" on you will be liable to pay the following percentage of the hire charge quotes:

Within 3 months of the event – 50%

Within 30 days of the event – 100%

Within 3 months of the event if you wish to postpone, then your deposit will remain valid as long as you contact us to arrange a new date within 6 months.

VAT: VAT is charged at a rate of 20%

Miscellaneous: Free private parking is available – cars can be le! on site overnight at owner’s risk but need to be collected by 11am the next day.
