PRAISE THE LORD Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. (Psalm 100:4) I Am Thine, O Lord, I am Thine, O Lord – I have heard Thy voice, And it told Thy love to me; But I long to rise in the arms of faith And be closer drawn to Thee. Chorus: Draw me nearer, nearer, blessed Lord, To the cross where Thou hast died; Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer, blessed Lord, To Thy precious bleeding side. There are depths of love that I can not know, Till I cross the narrow sea; There are heights of joy that I may not reach, Tell I rest in peace with Thee. Chorus Again More About Jesus More about Jesus would I know, More of His grace to others show, More of His saving fullness see, More of His love who died for me. Chorus: More, more about Jesus, More, more about Jesus; More of His saving fullness see, More of His love who died for me. More about Jesus let me learn, More of His holy will discern; Hearing His voice in every line, Making each faithful saying mine. Purpose of this daily growth tool

Perry Chapel Church believes that God has given the primary responsibility of discipleship in the family to husbands and fathers. The purpose of this pamphlet is to be a daily guide in helping them lead their wives and children in growing in Christ. We believe growing together as a church in a systematic way each day will result in generations of mature believers who know, share, and multiply Christ. If a Christian father is not present in the home, the Christian wife/mother should ensure the discipleship of her children. If you have any questions about how to implement a daily devotion time into your family's daily life, please contact one of our elders or Pastor Dave today.

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And

these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and

when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.” Deuteronomy 6:5-7
