LeadershipO We used a participative leadership style

which encouraged group members to voice their opinions and reach decisions that were mutually accepted

O We always tried to be reliable and assessable to our group members. At the end of each meeting, there was a time for group members to express concerns or ask questions.

O We kept our group members informed of our goals, deadlines, meeting days/times, and progress on a weekly basis

O We had weekly or bi-weekly meetings so that all group members would be informed

TeamworkO We invited our group members to pair up the groups that

they were leading with Web MarketingO This led to partnership with the Career Day, Feed Your

Brain, and Why CCI video groupO We also reached out to the Why ICT video group and the

Inside the Classroom group contacted usO For Career Day, we marketed by tweeting with the hashtag

#HireCCINoles and posting the event to our Facebook page, Twitter page, and our own personal Facebook pages

O We marketed for the Feed Your Brain events via the Facebook and Twitter pages by creating the events on the Facebook page and then inviting people to attend

O We have been posting videos from the Why CCI, Why ICT, and Inside the Classroom video groups on our Facebook page and Twitter page

O In addition, we paired up with the Why ICT video group by contacting and having five of our nominees from the Blackboard Spotlight project be featured in one of their videos

Long Term Planning

O Pass on Facebook/Twitter updating to next Leadership class

O Continue to promote CCI through our personal social media pages and interactions

EquityO This group definitely accomplished the

majority of our goals. We have all been in groups where this did not occur.

O One aspect of this group that stands out the most is that we had a regular meeting schedule. We all set aside time in our schedules to meet once a week or biweekly on Tuesdays.

O We met three times on Group Me Chat and we met five times in person in the Shores lobby in front of the Goldstein Library .
