What is ePB Retaillinktm ?ePB RetailLink is a completely free, true web based application that lets convenience store retailers manage store(s)’s product pricing. Users have the flexibility and freedom to change or add up to 150 items per month to their register anytime, anywhere there is a PC with Internet access.This service is designed for store operators who are looking for a FREE, and easy to use and maintain scanning and price book tool. The application will allow users to manage all the store’s prices including those coming from the store’s major food wholesaler.

Store operators can get a free subscription to ePB RetailLink through Hibbert McGee. Users will be able to:

1. Have access to all ePB RetailLink features2. Add or edit 150 prices per month after their initial 30 days3. Receive electronic invoices from Hibbert McGee

InstallationSuccess Systems will remotely install the application at the store, once the store has all the hardware and network configuration required. The setup includes:

• Downloading the register configuration• Creating the store’s ePB database• Importing one price list file provided by the store operator that meets the Velocity file

format specification document. File must be received 7 days prior to the schedule set up date

• Establishing communication with the store’s register• Providing EDI mailing box• Providing username and login to ePB RetailLink. Access our application through our

TrainingSuccess Systems tech reps will provide ongoing online webinars to teach ePB RetailLink users how to do the initial review of the store’s prices: Importing Review (1st training) and how to use ePB RetailLink main features (2nd training). End users must attend these two first trainings in order to be able to get use our 800 Help Desk during the first 30 days of installation. NOTE: First 30 days are calculated from the time Success Systems creates username and login information available to the customer.
