We can Glaze your HamTry Marco’s very own special family recipe glaze. For an additional price we can glaze your ham with our plum brandy, honey, candied pineapple and lemon juice glaze. We take a ham, place cloves, pineapple rings and cherries for flavour and decoration, then bake it for 1.5 hours, glazing every 15 minutes to make your ham the centre piece of any special Christmas.
