TRANSFER PLANNINGAdmission Promise Programs

Seamless transfer to Colorado University of Denver, Johnson & Wales, University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, and Fort Lewis College

Students who meet the requirements are AUTOMATICALLY admitted

Students sign-up when registering at CCD or with a Transfer Specialist.

Some institutions waive the Application Fee!

General Requirements: First time college student Must earn AA or AS degree Must meet GPA requirement

Through this program students will receive academic advising support while attending CCD and after they transfer to a 4-year university

TRANSFER PLANNINGWestern Undergraduate Exchange (

WUE)

WUE allows students who wish to go OUT OF STATE receive a REDUCED OUT OF STATE TUITION RATE at participating schools.

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship

Most 4 year schools

$2,500/year •Minimum GPA 3.5•Community and leadership role are plus

Presidential Transfer Scholarship(Automatic)

UNC $2,000/year •GPA of 3.2 or higher.•Completion of A.A. or A.S.

Provost Transfer Scholarship(Automatic)

UNC $1,250/year •At least 30 credit hours.•GPA of 3.2 or higher.•First year of UNC enrollment only.

Transfer Bear Tracks Scholarship(Automatic)

UNC $1,000/year •At least 24 credit hours •GPA of 2.5 or higher.•First year of UNC enrollment only

Reverse Transfer Makes it possible for students who have transferred from a Colorado

community college to a 4 year university COMBINE CREDITS from both institutions and apply them towards an associate’s degree.

Note: You must have completed at least 15 degree applicable credits at Community College of Denver before you transferred to be eligible for REVERSE TRANSFER
