5 Things to know about Remote Production

In 75 % of the time , the technical solution to achieve Remote production is directly driven by the bandwidth constraints for the job.

Even high-end content tends to see Remote Production being applied ( UEFA ‘cup, Rio Olympics for some broadcaster, X-games, Spanish football league)

Latency of remote production is not always an issue if no duplex are involved and if maintained below 2 s

“Sequential mixing” PGM is a nice solution to achieve multi cameras Remote production below 1 Gbps link
