Also after application of this, any conventional waterproofing is not required to the building. o Since it is always visible on the top, any damage to it due to drilling, hammering or chipping can be repaired there only. o Polyurethane latex and special type of additives makes the coating very hard to take the wear and tear.

SPECIALITY : Reduction of electricity cost by upto 15%. Ugam insulmix CLEAR helps to block transfer of heat inward when applied to exterior of clear sheets. This helps in only passing light rays and repelling I R rays from light source. This helps us illuminating interior area without increasing temperature of interior. If interior lux level is to be reduced, we can provide the coating accordingly.
INTRODUCTION: The introduction of the micro spheres (used in manufacturing of Ugam Insulmix) to the general public is due to research done through the NASA technology exchange program in 1996. This technology is similar to that which is very successfully used to dissipate heat from the space shuttle and other space vehicles upon atmospheric re-entry. These products are carefully blended with little elastomeric type paints for general use of public. It keeps on paying you by virtue of reduced electricity bills.

DescriptionUgam Insulmix clear is Elastomeric Thermal Insulation and Water proof coating. After curing it forms heat barrier, flexible, and strong film which bridges cracks, prevents peeling, future cracks, growth of algae or fungi. It prevents water seepage and is U. V. resistant.
ApplicationsUgam Insulmix P U is designed for use on almost all surfaces where only light passage is required and heating is to be prevented.
