You will need to confirm the Address #3 field before placing your next order.

It is important during online order checkout to verify the information in the Address #3 field under SHIPPING INFORMATION.

Each end user should enter their floor, department, and/or room number within the Address #3 field on the final page of the web ordering process. This information will show up on the shipping label on the outside of the delivery carton and will help make sure orders are delivered internally to your specific location, whether a cube, a room or an office.

SHIPPING LOCATION CHANGESAs a part of the transition to the new Guy Brown ordering site we have updated the naming convention of the shipping locations. The majority of the shipping location codes will equate to a location's main address, building number / room number.

If information does not show in this field or is incorrect, follow these simple steps:

1. Once logged in, select "My Account"2. Select "Edit My Profile"3. Enter "Delivery Information" (room/floor/suite/cube, etc.)4. Select "Save"

Once you've updated your profile with this information, it will automatically appear in the Address #3 field for every order you place, helping to ensure timely, convenient deliveries.

Change in Item Numbers:Item numbers will appear differently, for example on the new site the item for P130DE11CTN will be 815060. Please contact customer service for assistance in cross referencing current item numbers to new item numbers $25.00 Minimum/OrderSustainability is an important initiative for UMD and Guy Brown, therefore to increase the overall efficiency of the ordering and delivery process please consolidate your orders. There will be a $25 minimum to encourage the consolidation of orders and to support this important sustainability initiative.
