SURFACE PREPARATION:

Clearing to sound base and then clean the surface

Cracks/Fissures: Open and patch MAXREST®/MAXPLUG®

Voids, honeycombs and other damages: Repair with MAXREST®

Non structural and superficial steel: cut, open and patch

MIXING AND PACKAGING One-component (25 kg bags). White, grey and pearl grey Homogeneous mixture: colour/appearance

APPLICATION:

Brush/Broom/Spraying methods: 25 kg <> 6-7 l water

Two layers: 1 - 1,5 kg/m2 per layer

Dusting and power trowelling

Green concrete (enough strength to be walked over)

Dust the powder: 1,5 - 2,5 kg/m2

Hose down the surface and make a power trowelling smoother:

Lean concrete (Cured concrete) and steel reinforcements
