Waterford Camino Day Experience (Compass points for Living) The Waterford Camino Day Experience opens up the stunning trails and cycles in Waterford like never before. The backdrop for the Camino Day could not be more spectacular. Meandering its way from Waterford City to Dungarvan on the old railway line, the new Waterford Greenway gives us unprecedented access to the unique natural treasures on our doorstep here in County Waterford. You simply have to get here. Let us take care of the rest! The eclectic mix of cycling the new Waterford Greenway, soaking in the scenic delights of the Copper Coast and taking the majestic cliff walk in Tramore combine to offer you an experience that will long in the memory. Here, amidst the calm and the peace, we discover ‘compass points’ to guide us in life long after this day’s journey has passed. The day can be tailored to suit the requirements of each group. “Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens” (Kahil Gibran) Morning cycle on the Waterford Greenway… We take a leisurely cycle along the Greenway with breaks to soak in the stunning views along the way. Seeing the eclectic colours of the skyline at sunrise over the River Suir, hearing the soothing sounds of the waves as they roll to the shore at Clonea Beach, adjusting to the beautiful vista of light and colour as we leave the dimmed enchantment of Durrow Tunnel behind - all awaken something deep within us and attune us to a new frequency. We will stop at the iconic Coach House Café en route for light refreshments before making our way on to Dungarvan. Upon arrival, we take a coach transfer via the stunning Copper Coast to the Coast Guard Cultural Centre, Tramore for lunch.
