Effluent Treatment Plant

Effluent Treatment Plants are used in different

industries to reduce the potential for pollution and to

comply with discharge consent conditions. Effluent

treatment plant utilizes different technologies and

processes for treatment of the waste. ETP can be

streamlined for physiochemical treatment and

biological treatment followed by tertiary treatment.

Membrane Separation Technology

Ceramic waste-water membranes are an inexpensive &

effective type of waste-water filter, they rely on the small

pore sizes of ceramic materials to filter dirt, debris and

bacteria out of water. As with most filtration methods, water

is carefully introduced to one side of the filter, which acts to

block the passage of anything larger than the pore size.

Sewage Treatment Plant (MBBR) The Sewage Treatment Plant that we offer is a great

The operations of the plants consist of collection,

treatment and disposal. The idea is to produce an

environmentally safe fluid waste stream and a solid

relocated and installed with ease at other locations. In

most cases it is a two day operation and requires a

flat bedded truck and a crane.

Ultra Filtration Plant Ultra-filtration is an excellent membrane technology for

removing very fine particles, microorganisms and organics.

Fine particles as small as 1000 molecular weight can be

effectively removed using this technology.

Ultrafiltration Membrane

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which

forces like pressure or concentration gradients lead to a

separation through a semi permeable membrane. Suspended

solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained in the

so-called retentate, while water and low molecular weight

solutes pass through the membrane in the permeate.

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is the combination of a

membrane process like microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a

suspended growth bioreactor, and is now widely used for

municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.

Industrial Reverse Osmosis Plant uses Reverse osmosis

(RO) process to purify water and make it worth for use. RO

process effectively removes mineral salt and contaminants

such as bacteria and pesticides. Reverse osmosis also

known as hyper filtration, is used by Commercial & Industrial

Brackish Water & Seawater Reverse Osmosis Systems to

purify water.

customers. These systems are designed to work

efficiently and economically to produce high quality

freshwater from seawater.

Belt Press

Sn Aqua System Belt Press is an industrial machine, used

for solid/liquid separation processes, particularly the

dewatering of sludge in the chemical industry, mining and

water treatment. The process of filtration is primarily obtained

by passing a pair of filtering cloths and belts through a

system of rollers.

Screw Press

Sn Aqua System Screw Press is designed to separate liquids from

solids. A screw press can be used in place of a belt press,

centrifuge, or filter paper. It is a simple, slow moving device that

accomplishes dewatering by continuous gravitational drainage.

Screw presses are often used for materials that are difficult to

press, for example those that tend to pack together.

Forced Air Evaporator

Evaporator is used to evaporate volatile solvent like water from

solution with the purpose to concentrate non-volatile solutes like

inorganic salts, organic compounds, acids or bases in most

applications, evaporation process performed results in

precipitation of solutes like sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate,

sodium chloride and calcium sulfate in crystal form that are

separated from solution using settlers, filters or centrifuge.

Mechanical Evaporator

Mechanical Evaporator proficiently evaporates the liquid phase

of heavy concentrate solute to vapor phase by using thermal

power. This Mechanical Evaporator is widely demanded in

chemical industry and fertilizer industry.

Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Adopts the technology of insertion of single chip to realize digital

excitation and employs CAN on-the-spot main line. It can realize

site indication and output electric current signal of 4-20mA which

can be used to record, regulate and control.

Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Ultrasonic flow is widely used in long term measure at field. It's easy to

in water, heating without cut off the flow. It has the advantages of

small size, low price, and easy operation and with various function of

output interface.
