Waste heat boiler is a boiler that utilizes the waste heat in the waste gas or waste material or waste liquid and the heat produced by burning the

combustible material in the industrial production process. At present, ZBG waste heat boilers include carbon rotary kiln waste heat boiler, chemical

industry waste heat boiler, float glass kiln waste heat boiler, sinter cooler waste heat boiler, waste heat recovery boiler of hazardous waste incineration

and so on. ZBG waste heat boiler has many advantages, such as clean and high efficiency, high security, high energy efficiency, can effectively reduce

energy consumption, promote resource conservation.

a. It adopts straight type layout, utilizing ash dead-weight to self-remove, keeping

heat surface clean and improving boiler heat transfer efficiency.

b. The boiler adopts special sealing devices to reduce boiler air leakage and

improve boiler efficiency.

c. Membrane water-wall structure: high heat transfer efficiency and good gas tight

solve the problems of boiler leakage, large heat losses, high energy consumption.

Inertial Separation Principle realizes gas solid separation in boiler which has

overcome the defects of low efficiency of soot cleaning, heavy environmental

pollution and natural soot subsidence for traditional boiler.

a. The central part of water-cooling system is membrane-type water wall

separating wall; in this way, not only the heating surface is enlarged, but both the

sealing and safety are improved.

b. All the pressurized parts of the boiler are suspended structure, to ensure free

expansion, as much as possible to reduce the impact of fatigue stress welding,

high operating safety.
