• DOH contracts with 17 agencies deliver family planning services at 64 sites across Washington State
• Clients served on a sliding fee scale based on income
• Family planning services include but are not limited to:
Birth Control Sterilization STI Testing and Treatment HIV Testing Reproductive Cancer Screening Sexual Health Education

• DOH federal Title X and state family planning funds are grant based – not fee for service
• DOH funds can be used in part to pay infrastructure
• Serving non citizens is allowable with federal Title X and state family planning funds.
• DOH Family Planning works closely with HCA/Medicaid Family Planning - All DOH contracted family planning agencies are also Take Charge sites
