Role & Responsibilities:
• This project involves scanning Abu Dhabi police files and transferring the same to their server to
process them. • Supported the solutions team in creating a customized tool for AUH-Police • Planned, drafted and designed the process flow for the project • Helped in finalizing the SLA and SOP • Suggested mechanisms to reduce rescan requests • We are managing all 10 sites along with 31 departments.
