Webspiration

Webspiration is a program used widely throughout the district to promote visual learning methods which provide students with a framework to brainstorm ideas, and organize information in both a web and outline format. Its use increases comprehension, and the graphic organizers assist in the production of essays and research papers throughout the entire writing process. Educator resources include lesson plans, templates for all subjects, and the ability to customize pre-made documents or to start from scratch. The online feature allows for easy student collaboration as well as student-teacher interaction. This program allows students to be creative and holds their attention which increases productivity, extends learning time and therefore increases student achievement.

Collaboration• Extends learning time by

allowing students and teachers to communicate in and out of school environment

• Collaboration on group projects is possible by allowing up to 25 students to work and edit the same project.

• Peers can share their work with others for review and can get teacher feedback.

• Students can chat with each other online
