The Story: “’Dream House’ - I have sold many houses, yet I remember this special sale. The delightful Italian couple with two lovely daughters was a referral. It was their first home in Miami. I studied Italian while honeymooning in Italy. I asked them to describe their dream home, “the Sognare”. They wanted an American colonial two-story, with a view of the Biltmore hotel. They thought it was a very difficult request, but I knew of an ideal house on the golf course. The home was everything they wanted and more. (I later went on to sell the house twice more.)”
