The ground height profiles submitted with the application grossly misrepresent the developments impact. Accurate profiles including ground floor levels can be seen in the next 2 slides which show the dominance of this development on the houses most effected namely Fern Cottage and High Bank House.
Light Intrusion and Flooding concerns have not been addressed.
