nuevas válvulas de bola VXE de gran diámetro. La gama VXE gama DN 65÷100 evoluciona el innovador sistema de unión

de control de rotación de la tuerca ya logrado con la gama DN 10÷50, lo que permite realizar la operación simplemente

usando la maneta multifuncional de extracción rápida.

Sistema EasyfitEs el mecanismo innovador basado en la rápida extracción

de la maneta multifunción para llevar a cabo el ajuste de las tuercas de unión durante la instalación de la válvula y

la bola de ajuste de soporte del asiento.

La innovadora maneta está compuesta por un dado central acoplado de forma fija al eje de

la válvula que aloja el módulo transparente que el cliente puede

adaptar a sus necesidades, por una maneta de doble radio que puede

ser extraída desde el dado con una maniobra simple y por una

inserción de gancho ubicado en la maneta que lo transforma en una

llave de apriete para las tuercas.

El uso de la maneta multifunción, graciasa su diseño ergonómico y su alta resistencia, garantiza una perfecta estanqueidad hidráulica y evita el daño accidental

de las tuercas que puede ser causados por el uso de herramientas no específicas.

FIP has extended Easyfit valve line developed with Giugiaro Design realizing the completion of the range with the new ball valves VXE Large Bore. VXE DN65-100 range evolves the innovative system of union nut rotation control already achieved with the range DN10-50, allowing to perform the operation simply using the quick-release multifunctional handle.

Easyfit SystemEasyfit System is the innovative mechanism based on the quick release of the multifunctional handle to carry out the union nuts rotation during valve installation and the ball seat carrier adjustment.

The innovative handle, is composed by a central hub fixedly coupled to the valve stem which houses the transparent module for customization, by a double spoke handle that can be released from the hub with a simple operation and by a hooked insert housed in the handle which

transforms it into a key for union nuts tightening.

The use of the multifunctional handle, thanks to its ergonomic design and to its high resistance, thus guarantees a perfect hydraulic seal and prevents the accidental damage of the union nuts that can be caused by the use of non specific tools.

Install and maintain VXE EasyfitThe new VXE DN65÷100 ball valve design, based on the Easyfit System, provides big advantages during valve installation and maintenance operations.Thanks to the innovative Easyfit System, the handle can be easily released from the hub to carry out the union nuts rotation during valve installation and the ball seat carrier adjustment.

Union nuts rotation control

The handle can be turned into a wrench key for tightening or loosening the union nuts simply removing, flipping and engaging the insert housed inside it in the appropriate seat. The tool so composed

is extremely rugged and light at the same time thanks to the finite element method design (FEM) offering an excellent ergonomic grip.The insert design engages perfectly on the external profile of the union nuts with a secure grip allowing to exercise a high torque without damaging the nuts in any way.

Ball seat carrier adjustementThe handle can also be used as a tool for disassembly, assembly or adjustment of the support of the ball seat carrier. For this function, Once removed the handle from the hub enter the two upper protrusions into the appropriate slots of the seat carrier to screw or unscrew it.

VXE Easyfit Instalación y mantenimiento

El nuevo diseño de la válvula de bola VXE DN 65÷100, basado en el sistema Easyfit, ofrece grandes ventajas durante

la instalación de la válvula y el mantenimiento. Gracias al innovador sistema Easyfit, la maneta se puede extraer

fácilmente del centro para llevar a cabo el apriete y afloje de las tuercas durante la instalación de la válvula y el ajuste

del asiento de la bola.

Controlar el ajuste de las tuercas

La maneta puede convertirse en una llave para apretar

o aflojar las tuercas simplemente extrayendo,

girando y acoplando el gancho alojado en su interior

en el lugar adecuado.La herramienta integrada,

extremadamente resistente y ligera al mismo tiempo

gracias al preciso método de diseño utilizado (FEM), ofrece un excelente agarre

ergonómico.El diseño del inserto

se acopla perfectamente al perfil exterior de las

tuercas de unión con lo que permite un agarre seguro para ejercer una fuerte presión sin causar ningún daño a la tuerca.

Ajuste del casquillo del soporte de la bola

La maneta también puede ser utilizada como herramienta para el desmontaje, montaje y ajuste del soporte del asiento

de la bola. Para realizar esta función, una vez extraída la maneta del dado, hay que introducir los salientes superiores en las ranuras correspondientes al soporte del asiento para

atornillar o desatornillar.

Personalización Easyfit de las VXE

A menudo es necesario personalizar una válvula mediante una etiqueta con el fin de identificarla en función de las necesidades.

La válvula VXE Easyfit de d16 al d110 está dotada de un tapón de plástico, resistente al agua, especialmente diseñado

para la personalización del producto a través de la etiqueta.

Customize VXE EasyfitIt is often necessary to customize a valve by labelling or tagging it in order to mark and identify it according to specific needs. VXE Easyfit valves from d16 to d110, are therefore equipped with a specifically designed water-resistant module.

The module housed in the valve body, is made by a transparent PVC service plug and a white circle tag holder, FIP branded on one side. The tag holder is embedded in the plug and can be easily removed to be used for self labelling on its blank side.Self labelling can be done in several ways, but we recommend to create custom labels using the Easyfit Labelling System.

Our Easyfit Labelling System is a complete product line developed to customize each single valve and includes all the tools for the personalization: LCE module, LSE set and the dedicated software. For all details please refer to Easyfit Labelling System section.

El modulo se compone de un tapón de PVC rígido transparente y un soporte

circular blanco con la marca FIP en un lado. El soporte se inserta dentro del tapón y se puede quitar fácilmente para

insertar la etiqueta. El etiquetado se puede hacer

de varias formas, pero se recomienda utilizar el sistema

de etiquetado Easyfit.

Nuestro sistema de Etiquetado Easyfit es una línea completa de productos desarrollados para personalizar cada válvula

e incluye todas las herramientas para ello: Módulo LCE, Set LSE y su software. Para más información, por favor

El softwareEl Sistema de Etiquetado Easyfit, con su programa de fácil manejo, hace que la creación de las etiquetas sea sencilla

y rápida. El software permite superponer texto e imágenes, así como importar datos de hojas de cálculo y verificar el

resultado gracias a la vista previa siempre disponible dentro de las funciones de control de texto.

Mediante el asistente de configuración de impresoras es fácil la obtención de las mismas con una impresora de

inyección de tinta. Una vez impresas las etiquetas están listas para ser insertadas en el soporte de etiquetas de PVC-U

blanco, después de esta operación ya pueden introducirse en el tapón transparente. Las etiquetas personalizadas

quedan así protegidas en instalaciones al aire libre de las inclemencias del tiempo, así como del uso y desgaste diario.

The SoftwareEasyfit Labeling System, with the user friendly software tool makes label creation simple and fast. The software allows you to overlay text and images as well as to import data from spreadsheets.Several text control functions give you the chance to digit different texts in different positions always checking the result on the label preview. The printers setting wizard makes simple to print labels using any common Inkjet printer.Once printed, the labels are ready to be applied on the white PVC-U tag holder and embedded into the transparent service plug. The custom labels are thus protected in outdoor installation and from daily wear out.

Puede utilizar el sistema de etiquetado Easyfit Labelling System, las válvulas Easyfit están diseñadas para alojar el módulo LCE

compuesto por un tapón de protección de PVC-U transparente en el que se inserta un soporte porta etiquetas de color blanco

realizado también en PVC-U. El módulo LCE (tapón de protección trasparente y soporte porta

etiquetas) se instala de serie en los módelos Easy fit VX y SX, y se puede adquirir por separado para el módelo Easyfit VEE.

EI módulo LCE está disponible para los diametros d16 al d110 en el módelo VEE y VXE y del d32 al d63 para el módello SXE.

Las etiquetas autoadhesivas Easyfit, personalizadas, se insertan en el soporte de etiqueta de acuerdo con las necesidades

específicas.

Labelling System LCE ModuleTransparent service plug with tag holderTo take advantage of Easyfit Labeling System, Easyfit valvesare designed to house the LCE plastic module made by the transparent PVC service plug and the white PVC tag holder embedded in it. The LCE module (transparent plug and tag holder) is factory assembled on VX and SX Easyfit valves while can be ordered separately for VE Easyfit model. LCE module is available for diameters from d16 to d110 for VEE and VXE models and from d32 to d63 for SXE model.Easyfit customised labels have to be applied on the tag holder according to specific needs.

Set LSEDiseño e impresión de las etiquetas

El set LSE para la personalización de la válvula Easyfit contiene hoja formato A4 de polietileno blanco

autoadhesivo y un CD Rom con el software para la composición de las etiquetas y la gestión de las impresoras.

Las hojas están adaptadas para la estampación de las mismas en impresoras de inyección. Cada set permite

personalizar 500 válvulas.

LSE SetLabel Design and PrintEasyfit LSE set contains circle labels die cut on white polyethylene self-adhesive A4 sheets and a CDRom with the label creation and printer management software.The non hygroscopic sheets are suitable for normal inkjet printers and for each valve size there is available a special packaging that allows you to customize up to 500 valves.

Cuerpo de válvulaLa válvula de esfera VX Easyfit DN 65÷100 ha sido diseñada utilizando el método tensión-deformación (FEM) y se fabrica

en PVC-U K62 y PVC-C Corzan K62, empleando la más reciente y moderna tecnología de moldeado por inyección.

Esta válvula puede soportar una presión de trabajo de 16

bar a 20ºC de acuerdo a la Norma ISO 9393 y conforme a

la Directiva Europea 97/23/CE de equipos a presión PED, certificada por el instituto

Pascal (1115). El cuerpo de la válvula está

dotado de una estructura integrada para la motorización

de la válvula mediante la utilización del KIT de actuación PowerQuick Easyfit.

Sinergia entre los materiales y el diseño para optimizar las prestaciones

La VXE DN 65÷100 Easyfit está equipada con un soporte para el asiento de la bola directamente atornillado al cuerpo

de la válvula, el ajuste y extracción del soporte es fácil mediante la maneta multifunción instalada en la propia válvula. El soporte de bloqueo, junto con la doble junta

tórica en el eje de la válvula, garantiza la seguridad de las operaciones que se lleven a cabo en la misma.

El acabado de gran calidad de la superficie de la esfera realizado en

centro de trabajo CNC, combinado con los asientos de PTFE de la bola y el disco

anti-fricción de PTFE situado en la base del eje de la válvula, garantizan una reducción de la fricción de la válvula

dando un par excepcionalmente bajo incluso en condiciones de trabajo difíciles.

El asiento de la bola en PTFE y las juntas tóricas de EPDM

o FPM, son idóneas para el transporte de agua y otros fluidos compatibles.

Estos materiales de sellado, junto con los materiales termoplásticos utilizados en la

fabricación de estas válvulas, hacen que la VXE DN65÷100 cumpla

con las normas NSF 61-G y ACS.

Valve bodyVXE DN 65÷100 Easyfit ball valve has been designed through the finite element method design (FEM) and is made of PVC-U K62 and PVC-C CorzanTM resin employing the most up to date injection moulding technology.

The valve can withstand working pressure up to 16 bar at 20 °C according to ISO 9393 International Standards and complies the European Directives 97/23/CE for pressure equipment PED, certified by the Pascal Institute (1115).The top of the body is shaped for a safe

and easy valve actuation using the FIP designed PowerQuick Easyfit module.

Synergy between materials and design for optimized performances

The VXE DN65÷100 Easyfit is equipped with adjustable ball seat carrier screwed on the valve body. The adjustment and removal of the support itself are easily carried out through the use of multifunctional handle. The safe blocked carrier, together with the double O-ring on the valve stem, ensures adequate security during all operations.

The high surface finishing of the ball realized with CNC machining centers, combined with the optimized profile of PTFE ball seats and the PTFE anti-friction disc located at the base of the valve stem, guarantee the overall reduction in friction giving the valve an exceptionally low torque even in tough operating conditions.

The seals of PTFE ball seals and O-ring in EPDM or FPM, are suitable for conveyance of water and other fluids compatible. The use of these sealing materials together with the thermoplastic materials used for the production of these valves, make the VXE DN65÷100 complying with the standard NSF 61-G and ACS.

AccessoriesVXE DN 65÷100 performances are maximized by a full range of accessories to meet the requirements of many applications.

PowerQuick EasyfitThe top of VXE DN65÷100 body is shaped for a safe and easy installation of PowerQuick Easyfit actuation module.

PowerQuick Easyfit is a special FIP module designed to allow the direct assembling onto the valve body of pneumatic actuators, electric motors and any other operational or control devices according to ISO 5211.

PowerQuick Easyfit is made of PP-GR technopolymer. It consists of an upper part, removable to allow quick mounting and dismounting of the actuator and drilled according to ISO 5211 (F05-F07), and a lower part perfectly matching the top shape of the valve body. PowerQuick is supplied with the fixing screws and stem adapter.

The VXE DN65÷100 range also includes versions supplied with pneumatic or electric actuators. See the relevant “Actuated Range” section.

una amplia gama de accesorios para satisfacer las necesidades de muchas aplicaciones.

PowerQuick EasyfitEl cuerpo de la VXE DN 65÷100 está equipado con un soporte de fijación integrado dedicado a la motorización de la válvula

a través del uso del módulo aplicación PowerQuick Easyfit.

PowerQuick Easyfit es un soporte diseñado por FIP para permitir el montaje en el cuerpo de la válvula actuadores

neumáticos, motores eléctricos y otros dispositivos para maniobra o control, de conformidad con la norma ISO 5211.

PowerQuick Easyfit está hecho de polímero PP-GR

y está construido por una parte superior, extraíble, para permitir un

rápido montaje y desmontaje del actuador, taladrada

según ISO 5211 (F05-F07) y una parte inferior que encaja

perfectamente en la parte superior del cuerpo de la válvula.

El módulo PowerQuick Easyfit se suministra completo con tornillos de

fijación y el eje de adaptación.

La gama VXE DN 65÷100 incluye también versiones que incorporan

motores eléctricos o actuadores neumáticos.

Caja final de carrera MSE

MSE es una caja con dos finales de carrera electromecánicos o microinterruptores inductivos

con palanca manual para la indicación remota de la posición (abierto-cerrado) de la válvula manual.

Es posible su instalación en la válvula mediante el soporte PowerQuick Easyfit.

La caja también se puede montar fácilmente en una válvula ya instalada.

Prolongación del eje Easyfit - PSE

Extensión para la transmisión mecánica de la válvula o para poder maniobrar la válvula si se encuentra instalada

con algún sistema de aislamiento.

Limit Switch Box MSEThe MSE is a lever equipped limit switch-box with mechanical or proximity switches. This accessory is used to remote the position of the valve (open-close) to a control panel. The installation onto the manual valve is possible through the PowerQuick Easyfit actuation module. The box can be easily mounted onto the valve, even if the valve is already installed.
