• Facilitates email distribution• Basic Process– Organizational unit submits the mail piece request.– Staff creates the e-mail list from the IEEE Business

message-delivery system.– Each message that is sent includes an unsubscribe link.– The eNotice submitter will be included in the mailing.– Submission approval is required.
