Each day a « collector » visits his clients (100-130 a day). He begins his job at 7:30, takes his bike and meets them,

providing doorstep services.

He collects a portion of clients’ loan reimbursement.

In exchange of the money they give the clients receive a receipt from the collector.

It can be done Daily, Weekly (for Women Groups) or Monthly.

The client gives a certain amount of money to the collector…

…who provides him with a receipt of the transaction

All the information is recorded in registers…

… so that clients, branch managers and collectors can know every detail about ongoing loans and savings
