Gestures๏ Let’s get on the same page.
๏ You might hear new language describing how to interact with the App.
๏ Ask a question on the WebEx control panel.
๏ Raise your hand and we’ll enable your microphone.

Category Icons๏ Every category of voice-overs is
represented by an icon.
๏ The App icons may differ from those on the Website.
๏ We’ll roll out the same icon set across the App and Website shortly.

Welcome๏ When you first open the app, you’ll
see the featured talent lists.
๏ This is great visibility for you as clients can tap through to your profile.
๏ Login by tapping the menu in the upper-right hand corner of the app.

Login๏ Access your account by entering in
your username and password.
๏ Have the App remember your login details by switching the toggle to “On”.
๏ If you’re new, you can sign-up right from the App.

Reset Password๏ Forgot your password? No problem!
๏ Enter your email address and we’ll send you a temporary password.

Search๏ Access a global network of 25,000
professionals.
๏ Search by keyword, language, gender or location.
๏ Browse by category to immediately see and listen to results.

Profiles๏ The three main sections are the Bio,
Feedback and Demos.
๏ You can review a talent’s qualifications by reading their highlights, education, experience and studio description.
๏ Request a quote right from your iPhone app.

Demos๏ The demos tab will feature all the
talent’s demos including the title and description and player.
๏ You can view more by tapping the “More Info” area.

Feedback๏ Find the talent’s feedback listed under
the Feedback tab.
๏ Each Feedback item includes the star rating (between 1 and 5), the review, the author and the date.

Jobs๏ All your jobs are available from the
“Jobs” button in the bottom navigation bar.
๏ The job title, number of responses, budget and deadline will be visible.
๏ Jobs are ordered by most recent on top with older jobs near the bottom of the list.
๏ Tap anywhere on the job listing to view all the details.

Job Details๏ The job title is prominently placed at
the top.
๏ Scroll down to see the key information, work description and a sample script.
๏ View responses by tapping the “Responses” tab.

All Responses๏ Just like on the Website, a
Voices.com audition includes the proposal, quote and recording.
๏ Listen to auditions right from your phone.
๏ See the talent’s feedback and their quote for your job.
๏ Tap through to view the response details.

Response๏ On the response details, you can
read the full proposal, listen to the audio file and see their quote.
๏ Once you’ve found the right candidate for your job, tap “Award Job” to secure the talent for your project.

The Recorder๏ The Recorder is our favourite part of
the Voices.com App.
๏ Your sample script is placed on top.
๏ The talent can start recording by tapping the “Record” button and stop when their done.
๏ Play back the recording
๏ Tap “Save” to attach your recording to your audition.

Inbox๏ Get your Voices.com Inbox messages
right from your phone.
๏ New messages are indicated by the “Inbox” button in the navigation bar.
๏ See your Sent and Deleted messages too.
๏ Search by keyword or by the talent’s name to find a conversation.

Messages๏ When viewing the message details,
you can see who sent the message, date and the body of the message.
๏ You have options to reply or mark the message as unread so you remember to go back to it later.
๏ Navigate to the next and previous message by using the up/down buttons.

Send Message๏ Reply to messages from your clients
right from your Android mobile device.

Payments๏ See all your payments from the App.
๏ Navigate to the next and previous payment using the up/down arrows.
๏ Once you’re received the completed work and you’re satisfied, tap “Release Payment” to complete the process.

Payment๏ Stay informed of the payment status
and the scheduled payout date.
