Step 1: Complete the
Vodafone online test
Step 1: Complete the Vodafone online test
Before you begin to sell the services from Vodafone, you will need to pass an online test. The link can be found in the Products section of MyACN for Representatives , under “ACN Mobil”:
Step 1: Complete the Vodafone online test
Fill in the following fields before starting the test: - Last name - First name - Email address - ACN Team ID
Details about the online test: • You will need to answer 20 questions • 16 correct answers (or more) means you have passed the test • You will only have 10 minutes to pass the test • You can only fail the test twice per day (if you have failed twice, you need to wait
24 hours before trying again) • After passing the test, you will be registered with Vodafone within about four (4)
working days • You will only be able to access the Vodafone webshop after being successfully
registered
Step 1: Complete the Vodafone online test
• If you have registered after 17th June, 2013, you will get your new login details (username and password) via email once the registration is concluded. Please note that your password will not be your ACN Team ID anymore
• If you were already registered before 17th June, 2013, will have to change your password after logging in to the Vodafone webshop for the first time:

Step 2: Customer to order Visit your ACN Online Shop or www.myacn.eu, then select “Mobile Partnership” and “Continue” to access the Vodafone web shop.
Important Before entering an order make
sure you have logged in successfully!
If you don’t see this area Vodafone wont be able to identify your order request as an ACN sale.
Don’t use the first to menu, never modify your data!
We share news within the tab “ Gépház üzen” and you can also
follow up on your orders by clicking on “Csomagkövetés” .
Please select here the desired services and products
Choose the handset using the filters on the left!
Once you have chosen a handset you will always see it on the lowest possible upfront payment. Scroll down to read more about the tariff and handset. If you want to check the tariffs click on the button “tarifák és részletek”
When scrolling down you see the details of the
handset
On the tab „Árak és tarifák” you can see the MRC and the handset price in
details. (Promotions cannot be applied here
yet, it is in the next step.)
The capital letters (A,B,C,D,E,X) indicate the additional handset MRC.
XL = 15.000 Ft additional MRC X = 10.000 Ft additional MRC A = 8.000 Ft additional MRC B = 5.000 Ft additional MRC C = 3.000 Ft additional MRC D = 2.000 Ft additional MRC E = 1.000 Ft additional MRC
(GO+ E can be referred as = GO+ handset)
Always check that you are logged in!
IMPORTANT! Always select e-pack. It provides the customer with a better
MRC.
Enter the coupon code and cl ick OK. Discount for under 26 years old
doesn’t need to be selected.
Discount for under 26 years old is added automatically if
the customer is younger than 26!

Step 3: Delivery and activation
Customers will receive the product within 14 working days from order entry. The courier will contact the customer by SMS prior to delivering the package. Please note: Parcel delivery time is between 8:00 and 17:00. The price of the handset will need to be paid by cash to the courier.
Please note: The SIM will be activated but barred. The customer will need to unbar the SIM card. Instructions on how to unbar are included in the package.
