• STORServer Virtual Machine Backup (VMB) Supports vSphere v4.0 API

• Can exclude one or more drives during full machine backups.

• Data deduplication is now enabled by default

• Client-side data deduplication is enabled by default for virtual machine backup and archive processing. [You can disable data deduplication, by setting the DEDUPLICATION option to NO in client options file

• Restore capabilities enhanced - VMB can now restore virtual machine disk (VMDK) files (new for Version 3.0) or a single virtual machine without the use of the TSM Backup-Archive GUI.
