Limitations

Remote PrintingThe MAC version of 2X is not capable of remote printing on a MAC system. Manyusers find that they can securely accomplish this by sending the document via emailto the Upic hosted email account and then opening up the document through UpicSolutions WebMail. From there, the user will be able to print the document. Someusers choose to print from a Windows PC Workstation. Others choose to use anFTPS product to download/upload the files between the local MAC system andVirtual Office. If you need help determining the best option, please speak with yourlocal computer administrator.

Remote File CopyThe MAC version of 2X is not capable of transferring files to/from your MAC systemand Virtual Office. Transferring files securely may be done by using an FTPSsolution. If the need to transfer files is infrequent and the files are small, users maychoose to transfer files via email. If using a Upic hosted email account, the data willbe transferred securely. If not using a Upic hosted email account, please check withyour local computer administrator to make sure the method of file transfer isapproved or for help determining the best option.
