Production Process of a Product

• Production Process of a Gulab Jamun• First stir the sugar, water, cardamom powder and saffron in a pan and keep

it on fire . Ihave kept the cardamoms peels and these can be thrown away when serving the gulab jamuns.

• Gently bring to a boil and continue to stir occasionally.• Make the thick syrup and switch off the fire much before the sugar solution

reaches a one thread consistency. On cooling, if the sugar syrup crystallizes , then just add 2 to 3 tbsp water and warm the syrup again. It will again return to a liquid state.

• When the gulab jamuns are evenly golden and browned, remove from the slotted spoon and add them directly into the sugar syrup .

• Gulab jamuns can be served warm or cold. If they are at room temperature, then warm in the microwave and serve the gulab jamun .

Conclusion The basic purpose of doing this sweets business within the village

boundaries is that in this village large no. of population is unemployed . So thus , to reduce unemployment we had started our business is there . And the other reason is that in this village the availability of milk in high quantity is there as we know that the cows and buffaloes are present in a very large number. So that the carrying the cost of milk is very less. After analyzing every aspect and according to survey too it is concluded that wheat and milk is produced in the 95% houses of Deoli. In every house wheat is commonly cropped. And wheat and milk is easily available and in better cost. And as in India wheat is used in each house twice or thrice a day in different-different ways .So according to this small scale Sweet is the business idea which is introduced or labelled in the package as KSN Sweets.
