1. Accreditation • Accreditation for Teams & Officials and parking cards can be picked up at the

Race Office at Villacher Alpen Arena. • Opening Times: Mon. Aug. 29th, 4pm – 7pm and Tue. Aug. 30th, 8am - 2pm

2. Race Office • The Race Office is located at the main building in the Alpen Arena, first floor. • Opening Times: Mon. Aug. 29th, 4pm – 7pm, Tue. Aug. 30th and Wed. Aug.

31st from 8am to 8pm

4. Transport • There is no OC Shuttle service for teams

5. Payments • Accommodation costs: Teams have to pay for the accommodation directly in

the hotels.

6. Waxing Facilities • Wax cabins: available from Tue. Aug. 30th at 8am • Key pick-up: at the bottom station of the lift

7. Radio Equipment Regulations • All the used frequencies have to be registered with, and authorized by the
