1969 Cessna 310P.  New paint Jan 2011, 2017 floor interior installed, interior condition listed as good, panel layout is average, window condition good always hangared.  Left engine was a complete overhaul, this engine has been dissembled inspected overhauled and tested in accordance to TCM overhaul manual.  Bearings O-rings and pins replaced with new. The starter adapter, alternator, Magnetos and engine fuel system was overhauled.  New spark plugs and wiring harness installed. Replaced alternator belt and engine mounts with new, installed new connecting rods, crankshaft main and thrust bearings connecting rod bolts and nuts, camshaft gear and bolts, and crankshaft gear and bolts, pistons, rings, pins, lifters, and inspected and certified crankshaft, crankcase, camshaft, rod, rocker arms, and six overhauled cylinders.  New oil/air filter. Test run on stand and was checked for leaks, pressures and temps.  Right engine had six overhauled cylinders installed, installed overhauled starter, alternator, and installed overhauled fuel system, overhauled magnetos, new oil/air filter.  Test run on stand and was checked for leaks, pressures and temps.
