Continuing the success of Vietnam Youth Icon - phase 1, 2 and 3, Vietnam Youth Icon March 2015 - creates a platform for Vietnamese students to exchange ideas, discuss about youth issues nowadays and get both interpersonal skills and hardskills equipped. Vietnam Youth Icon is built for the purpose of helping youngsters raise self-awareness, take responsibilities for society and deliver effective communications. During the project, both interns and attendees have the chance to experience a challenging environment as a multi-cultural learning space. ABOUT VIETNAM YOUTH ICON PROJECT

INTRODUCTION

Continuing the success of Vietnam Youth Icon - phase 1, 2 and 3, Vietnam Youth

Icon March 2015 - creates a platform for Vietnamese students to exchange ideas,

discuss about youth issues nowadays and get both interpersonal skills and hard

skills equipped.

Vietnam Youth Icon is built for the purpose of helping youngsters raise self-

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Organize and prepare the content with other interns and project team.

Fully take part in AIESEC Hanoi and project activities (project team

meetings, weekly activities, cultural activities, orientation day, opening and

closing day).

Deliver and facilitate activities during project's main events with other

interns.

Work with students to help them generate ideas and provide solutions for

youth issues discussed.

Actively interact with other interns and attendees to enhance cross cultural

interactions.

Fill in 3 feedback surveys during the internship after being matched, after 2

weeks in Vietnam and after project's end.
