Flood inundation in Can Tho City

Analyzing medium resolution satellite data (Landsat MSS, TM, ETM+, JERS-1 andASTER) from 1972-2007 to identify rate and trend of spatial urban expansion.

Main direction of urban expansion has changed from North-west directions to South-west and South-east direction mainly due to development of transportation infrastructure.
