COUNSELLING REPORT

In April 2019 there was a Program “TARUN-UTSAV” for 10th appearing Students. During programme Career Talk in different topics like: Engineering, Medical, C.A., Police, Language Translator, etc. Students also wanted to know how to choose a stream in 11th Class. So, in this program topic has covered such as:

• What is career?

• What is career information?

• What is vocational Education?

• Did also interest test by Sanjay Vohra

• Career Counselling.

• Guidance how to select a stream.

In May – June 2019 had taught to class different topic Self-awareness, Managing Emotions, also showing PPT and through role play to learn how to share, how to behave, how to take decisions and for weak students Group Counselling sessions had also done for class 7th and 8th.

In July & Aug 2019 had covered topics such as Anger Management, Decision Making through these topics they had learnt about to deal difficult situation. In 27 July 2019 there was a programme “Health and Hygiene” for 6th to 8th Girls. In this Program to encourage girls for their health, hygiene & adolescence body changes to know how to manage all the thing. Also giving guidance to 11th class to class talk in “Career Information “Students had also asked their confusions and how to manage parental pressure. In Sep 2019 and Oct 2019 had taught on Empathy and Respect and also doing Group Discussion.

In all these months we met with parents time to time according to students and their children behaviour and academic record. Parents –Teacher meetings were held on . Parents had come to discuss their children behavior.

Now we are covering the topic effective communication in this month. Through giving information telling story and brainstorming questions.
