Shri D. Barnabas Rajkumar (DOB:06.09.1958), Senior Auditor is promoted as

Supervisor in the Pay Matrix Level-S, against additional quota, until further orders.

The promotion shall take effect from 09.10.2017 FN or from the date of taking over

charge as Supervisor, whichever is later. He will be on probation for a period of 02

years from the date of taking over charge as Supervisor or till the date of his

retirement, whichever is earlier. He will not be eligible for promotion to the cadre of

Assistant Audit Officer.Promotion to the cadre of Supervisor made against 6% Additional quota is

purely temporary and subject to reversion as and when SAS qualified officials

become available.The official should furnish his joining report in duplicate to Administration-I

Section, Office of the Principal Accountant General (G&SSA)immediately. He has to

exercise his option for fixation of pay under FR 22 (I) (a) (1) within one month from

the date of assumption of charge of the post of Supervisor.

The option once exercised shall be final. If the promoted official has already

been granted financial upgradation, he will not be entitled to any fixation of pay on

assumption of charge of the post of Supervisor.
