    Tenants thrive when they can express their own brand / identity

    The base building architecture needs to frame the tenant storefront expression

    Both need to co-exist to create an interesting and vibrant downtown at the base of the buildin

    Office entries should take minimal frontage, but utilize portals, canopies and building identity/address to stand out among the storefronts

    A tenant design criteria will guide retailers on what is required to create a high quality storefronwithin the frame created by the base building

    The overall goal is to prevent uniformity in expression, to legislate serendipity to ensure thatstores are different from one another, but adhere to an overall high quality standard

    Standard glass storefronts need not be provided by the landlord
