Welcome
The City of Greater Bendigo is proud to support the 35th Victorian Seniors Festival, which takes place from October 8 – 15, 2017.
Council’s vision is for Greater Bendigo to be the world’s most liveable community and events such as the Seniors Festival contribute to achieving this goal.
The Seniors Festival is designed to celebrate you and the wonderful contribution of older Australians to our community. I hope you embrace this opportunity to join with friends and enjoy the program of events on offer.
Highlights of the program include the opening event, the Honey B and the Stingers performance at the Capital Theatre. This band is not to be missed by people who are passionate about music from the 1950s and 1960s.
Other events include a tour of the Great Stupa of Universal Compassion, Bendigo Laughter Club at Ewing Park, collection highlights tour and hand stitching workshops at Bendigo Art Gallery, and health and wellbeing classes at Z Fit Studios.
