At least 12 months Clear Conduct.

Must have 12 months remaining on your sentence.

Willing to remain in the position for 12 months.

Other Programing such as Pathfinders, Alcohol & Drug Treatment must not interfere with work schedule.

Available from 7:30am–10:50am and 12:30-3:50pm -Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Previous Experience Preferred.

Current Score of 236 or above in Reading and Math. If current information is not avail-able, will be retested before job is is offered.

GED or HS Diploma.

M.I.L.K. Program SRCI Health Services is going to start a program for inmates to become live-in helper’s for patients in general population. You will hear this program referred to as the M.I.L.K. program. The purpose of this program is to meet the care needs of inmates that need assistance with their Activities of Daily Living. To qualify for this program you must meet the following criteria. —You must be at SRCI greater than 6 months. —No escape history. —You must have clear conduct. —You must be engaged in your corrections plan. If you qualify for this program, you will have an interview. The program works by allowing you to gain hands on experience to meet the day to day needs of inmates that need assistance with their Activities of Daily Living. You will work in the infirmary with another orderly for orienta-tion/training. The length of the orientation/training will be determined on an individual basis. You will live with the patient in general population.

Bio-hazard class will be offered.

Hep B vaccine will be offered to you. PRAS points is as follows:

3rd month 16 points. You and the patient will meet with Nurse Wick every week for 2 weeks, and then monthly after that. If you or the patient has issues you will kyte Nurse Wick. I am interested in people that are empathetic and exhibit a caring attitude. Please fill out a kyte and address it to Nurse Wick.

FRIDAY, JUNE 5, 2015 The cost for the event is $3.00. All participants must be NCI level 2 or 3. At the event you can vote for your favorite car and bike. Awards will be given for 1st through 5th place for bikes and for best car. There will be guest speakers and a musical performance. An attendance form with CD28 will be sent to you. If you do not receive a form, send an inmate communication form to Mr. T. Roberts. Make sure the form is completely filled out and signed by you and stamped by your officer. CD28s must have the correct amount ($3.00) and account #2476 on them for proper pro-cessing. All requests to attend must be received on or before Friday, May 22, 2015. Place completed forms in the Activities Box in your complex. Popcorn and a snow cone will be served in the yard. No more than 2 photo tickets per person. Limited numbers of inmates are to attend so please sign up today. Do not sign up if you have a conflicting call-out, LOP, or work assignment. Refunds will not be given to those inmates who are unable to attend due to their own ac-tions or due to institution needs.

PROPOSED RULES: 291-055: Intensive Management Unit – Programming Levels of IMU Inmates

Clarifies that an inmate at custody level 5 may be retained in IMU. States what personal property is permitted for IMU inmates.

Also temporarily adopted effective 3/20/15. 291-207: Program for Inmates to Obtain Driver License or Identification Card Prior to Release

Adopts joint rule with DMV. Allows DOC to complete an application for eligible inmates 180 days in advance of release. Removes requirement that photo of inmate be a part of the application.
