From iPhone to flash drive (iDiskk Max)
Select 1 folder orcreate new one
App Encryption
1.1 Touch(Face) ID.A touch(Face)ID is request when open the iDiskk Max app next time.
1.2 Number Password.A number is request to enter into the APP when open the iDiskk Max next time.
1.3 Revise number password.Can revise the number password by set a new code(Before set up a new number password, you are supposed to enter
old number password first)
1.4 Not start Encryption.Click not start encryption, no any password is requested when enter into the app.
If you forget the password,the only way is to format the iDiskk flash drive
Disk Folder Encryption.Insert 6-16 digital or alphabetic as password to encrypt any folder.Click File/Folder, select the file you want to encrypt
A password is requested next time when open the file which is encrypted.
A password is request if close folder encryption function.
If you forget the password,the only way is to format the iDiskk flash drive.
Format.Click External Storage to format the iDiskk flash drive.
Do not disconnect the device from the device from the device during the formatting.Formatted disk only supports UP TO 128G

Back up1.1,Will back up photos from Apple devices to iDiskk memory drive automatically next time when
set up auto-backup.1.2,All local data will be deleted after backup finish when set up delete the local date backup is
complete. Pls be careful before choose this option.
Q&A1.Can I use the flash drive to download media files from iTunes, Amazon, Netflix?A: No. Apple does not allow you transfer iTunes music and video files, or allowthem to be downloaded by 3rd party apps, as they are DRM (Digital RightsManagement) protected. But you can download them on PC/laptop/Macbook, and then copy them into the flash drive. Justplug and play on your iPhone/iPad.
2.Why can't I transfer a 4GB or larger file to the flash drive?A:This is due to FAT32 limitation. Files larger than 4GB can NOT be stored on a FAT32 volume. Formatting the flash drive asexFAT will resolve this issue.Formatting a drive in exFAT- Double-click on My Computer.- Right-click on the flash drive or memory card, then select Format.- In the File System list, click exFAT.- Click Start.- Click OK to start formatting.

3. How to do if the APP (idiskk max) crashes,kicks out or disconnects?A: Delete the current APP from your iPhone/iPad and then go the Apple App store and re download and install the the APP(iDiskk max).
4.Why can’t I open or view my contact information after backing it up?
A: Contact information is in a VCF format. After being backed up into the flash drive,it can be accessed and restored on another iOS device through the app (idiskk max).
5.How to open the pictures of “HEIC” format on a Windows PC ?
A:Windows does not currently support the new HEIF (.HEIC extension) file format. Due to this thumbnails are not generatedfor images and Windows will not be able to open images created with is iOS 11 camera using HEIF (.HEIC extension)
If you would like to convert HEIF (.HEIC extension) file toJPEG, pls go to Apple iTunes to download a software to convert it to be JPG format,search "Mazing HEIC Converter or "Apowersoft".
