Database managed services and support for ENWIS, a specialist recycling ERP system based on Microsoft Navision used by DS Smith’s Recycling division.

Development and provision of on-going maintenance and support for PMS (a Microsoft based Paper Management System) for DS Smith’s Paper division. Also supports the VB/SQL server underpinning PMS.

Application Support of WITRON, a specialist packaging ERP system used by DS Smith’s Packaging division.

Support of iConnect, a Microsoft BizTalk based integration application that con-nects all four divisions (Recycling, Paper, Packaging and Plastics).

Provision of Microsoft Business Intelligence consulting and solutions to DS Smith’s Packaging division.

Provision of SQL Server database support across the Group.
