How to Verify Paypal in Philippines, Done only in 4 days and worth 120 pesos only as of June 2012Are you linking your paypal account using smartmoney but have failed? Or planning to verify paypal using UnionBank's EON Debit Card but its too hard? You are in the right place.. ^.^ This is the best guide you will ever see on the internet! If you only read carefully you will ring a bell!

I have came across many Debit Cards and Cash Cards but this is the only that gives me all the stuff I need to get things done online.. I've tested SmartMoney but it just gave me headaches and months of trying going to their wireless centers. I have tried UnionBank's EON Debit Card but their requirements are too tight. I already went to their different branches metrowide but failed so many times. When I've learned about RCBC MERCURY DRUG-MYWALLET CARD, it gave me hope.. In just a day, I got the card. In the 4th day I've successfully linked my card to my paypal account. I will show proof that I verified my paypal account in just 4 days by showing you my PRINT-SCREENED PICS of my non-verified to verified paypal account.

Ok lets get started..

1. Things you need:

    a. Two government-issued IDs (I used voters ID and my College ID since I am still a student)

Below is the list of valid IDs:

   c. Xerox Copies of your IDs

   d. 120 Pesos for Deposit (the minimum is 50 pesos). We will need  120 pesos so that we can use it to verify our paypal..

2. Go to your nearest RCBC Bank [click here]

3. Ask the Security Guard that you will get a RCBC -MYWALLET CARD and go to the customer service area usually in the right side of the bank.

4. If the Staff asks you what are your purposes of getting a cash card, tell her that you like to verify your paypal.

5. Fill up the FORM they will give and ready your IDs..NOTE: Please dont forget the email you will use because that's really important and be sure that it exists..

6. Wait until they verify your IDs..

7. Ready your 120 pesos for depositing. The Cashier will call your name and you will deposit the 120 pesos for your Card..

8. The Staff will give your card, pin slip and the bonus Card Protector.. You can now go home..

9. Login to paypal.. If you dont have a paypal account yet please

Click sign up today and choose "PREMIERE"

 

Fill up all necessary forms...

take note: unchecked the "link my credit card" we do that later. Then click agree and create account 

Disregard the next page then click "go to my account"

Check your email to activate your paypal account..

10.  Click "Get Verified" 

 ................................................................

Now your first day ends.. As paypal said.,. WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2-3 DAYS to get our CODE and that will be the FINAL step to verify our account.. for the mean time, we will email the RCBC Customer Service to get our 4-digit code.

NOTE: use only the email that we put on applying for the Cash Card..

After you received your 4-digit CODE.. Login again to paypal and click GET VERIFIED!

 

From here you can see that I am not verified and I only got 0.94 dollars on my account (this is my 2nd account).. Then enter the code like on the pic below..

Then they will return the 2 dollars that have been used for verifying your RCBC MyWallet Visa Card..

usually takes 5 to 7 days.. ^.^

MONITORING THE BALANCE OF YOU CARD:

You can inquire about the balance of your card online

1. Click here to open the BANCNET site!

2. Click "Agree".

3. Follow the steps on the picture below:

> then upon successful inquiry, you will see the balance on your RCBC MyWallet Card.

SUPER BONUS TIP: 

RCBC MyWallet can be used as an ATM. Wthdraw the money in just 3 to 5 days.. But we have to link it first..

1. Open your paypal account > click Profile > click Add/Edit Bank Account > click ADD Button
