Grades Lunch Area – Pass Required after Progress GradesTUTORIAL PASSES – Given after each six week grading period. - Students will be given a Tutorial Pass for earning all A, B, or C’s - Tutorial Passes affixed to the inside of the front cover of the planner. - Must be displayed while attending tutorial’s outside of a classroom. - Passes may be revoked at anytime during the six-week grading period.

Tutorial PrioritiesTeachers stamp for a specific subject area for re-teaching, retesting or assignment completion.

If you receive a stamp you must attend that tutorial.

If you have more than one stamp you need to speak with all teachers involved and work out which tutorial you are to attend.

Tutorial Priorities

1. Teacher Stamp - Specific Subject Area

2. Current grades in a class is a D or F

3. Have missing assignments

4. Need to makeup work, quizzes or tests

5. Get assistance with assignments

Tutorial’s Goal: Student’s learning will increase as evident in the following:

Grades will increase (fewer D’s and F’s) Fewer missing assignments Higher GPA’s (more students on Honor Roll) Higher Test Scores (class tests and CSTs) Increase student eligibility More privileges earned Less student/teacher frustration Happy parents = happy home

going to attend Be on time, settle in quickly Use your time wisely Have a silent reading book at all times and

read when you have the opportunity. Ask questions if you are uncertain
