More? Please help by empty Garbage cans when full. Do not leave children Unattended at any time Check in daily at welcome center. Pick up your name tag. If you encounter any Discipline Problems that cannot be
handled in the classroom, bring the child to the church library.
Program Director will be available to help. If you need or Run Out of anything, please let us know! We are
here to Help you in any way we can.

Restroom Breaks
All children must be escorted to and from the restroom.
Teachers/helpers stands at restroom entrance, propping door open with back.
Choose a transition for a group break.
Volunteers’ lounge
Set up with beverages and snacks.
Visits lounge with limited time.
Youth helpers need get permission form leaders.
Please leave all drinks and food in lounge
Enjoy!
Transition Do not leave a rotation early. “Time Fillers” can be used to fill
time as needed.
Group guides need to walk your group to and from activities.
Be on time to each station.
Use transition time to practice song sand memory verses.
Group guides need to stay with your group at each station to assist in activities and crowd control.
