1. Application to NSB w/t 10 copies of fullProposal (at least 3 yrs data for Release. &one season data for registration)

2. Send to TSC members for review,

comments & feed back3. Ask for proponents to incorporate

comments/feed back and lackinginformations given by TSC membs.

4. Once the proponents fulfill aboverequirements, TSC meeting is called up onfor discussion

Question answer and discussion

Comments & Suggestions by subjectscientists (If any)

TSC ask to revisit proposal includingcomments & feed back (If any)
