Vans Presents the Daan Van Der Linden Colourway on a STYLE 112 PRO This year has already been one to remember for Vans global team rider Daan Van Der Linden: from landing the front cover of both Thrasher Magazine and Free Skateboard Mag in the same month (out now) to filming for Volcom's Holy Stokes movie. Daan continues his flush with the release of his first signature colourway, available globally from selected skateshops from May 21st. This special make-up of the Style 112 Pro is made with suede uppers, while the UltraCush HD footbed keeps the foot close to the board, providing the highest level of impact cushioning, and the Vans original waffle outsole allows for a firmer grip. reinforcement in high-wear areas for unrivalled durability, the Style 112 Pro also includes Vans vulcanised lite
construction to deliver the best in board feel, flex and traction.
Ahead of the launch, Daan offered a little insight into the shoe; “I am really happy with how it turned out, and even more so as I wanted to include suede throughout. One of
the areas I looked at in great detail was the extra toe protection, which I wanted to be complimented by great
board feel. In the final outcome, I think we’ve accomplished both”!
